CATHOLIC COACHING
for Professionals & Business Leaders
What is CATHOLIC Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented partnership process which helps you close the gap from where you are now to where you want to be in a particular area or aspect of your personal, family, or professional life.
Coaching focuses on your present circumstances and desired future, helping you identify strengths, overcome obstacles, make values-based decisions, and take intentional action.
Coaching assumes that you are creative, resourceful, psychologically healthy and capable of growth. It is not psychotherapy, crisis management, coaching, mentoring, parenting, consulting, or a self-help program. A coach is not a supervisor and holds no authority: You make all of your own decisions.
Catholic Coaching helps you clarify where God is calling you today and develop practical strategies for moving forward through the lens of Catholic teaching.
As your Coach, I serve as your partner by asking reflective questions, listening deeply, encouraging accountability, and helping you discern practical next steps.
Sessions are offered in monthly packages ($450 for Life Coaching and $750 for Leader & Executive Coaching) of 2-3 sessions (30 or 45-minutes per session).
Coaching topics include:
- Professional Development
- Support in a Secular Work Environment
- Overwelmed business leaders, coaches & healthcare professionals
- Life Transitions: Who am I now? What do I have to offer? What’s next?
- Parenting through the Lens of Faith
- Grandmas Glorifying God
